PROJECT BORN OUT OF DESPERATION

I run a solo product agency at LaunchFast.shop, where I work with startups and small teams solving hard engineering problems. This summer was a bit slow so I decided to introduce a small side service called "Vibe coder help" where I was offering help to vibe coders finish their projects and get them ready to launch.

Most common issue after the launch people were coming back to me was their sub pages are not getting any search impressions and AI chatbots could not find the content in them. So I did some digging. Just like most of you, I tried to find a way to fix this with prompting or config change, some small tweaks, so I won't have to open my editor again on a project I already handed over.

THE ROOT CAUSE

Spent over a week trying to get SSG working when the first time a client came back with this issue. Sadly, none of the magic prompt solutions worked. Of course, it would not because the problem is in the fundamental architecture of these sites. Most AI website builders use React SPA with React Router DOM and Vite to build their sites. SPA (Single Page Application) only renders content in the browser using JavaScript. So when search and AI crawlers come looking for content, they only see the shell html (the root div) that's in your index.html file.

AVAILABLE SOLUTIONS

There were a couple of solutions that were solving this problem at the DNS level which does not break the Lovable integration and they can continue to use Lovable to make changes. Prerender.io which was expensive ($49/month) and a worker server set up on cloudflare to get it working. There was another one from Netlify which is their prerender extension. It broke the client's link previews on social sites and causing their google ad pixel and analytics trackers to not work.

LOVABLE.HTML WAS BORN

So I built my own, in-house pre-rendering tool, focused solely on no-code, easy integration with Lovable and it should not break any functionality of the site or it's trackers. That was the initial version of Lovable.HTML which I started deploying on client's sites as an in-house retainer offering where I was charging $500 to set up and $100/month to maintain.
It was not a publicly available service for over a month. Client's kept coming back, asking me if they can set it up themselves and not hire me to do it. So I decided to build a publicly available service and launched it on October 11th, 2025.
